NAVIBULGAR® KEEPS RENEWING ITS FLEET WITH FOUR NEW SHIPS

In implementation of the announced investment program, the Management of NAVIBULGAR® signed contracts for building of four more bulk carriers with a deadweight of 30 700 tons each. The new investment is totaling to 112 million US dollars.
Vessels will be given traditional for Navibulgar names: Lyulin, Osogovo, Belasitsa and Rodopi. It is expected the first vessel – Lyulin, to be delivered in January 2011, and the last – Rodopi – in September 2011.
All vessels are sisterships to Vitosha and Strandja (purchased in August 2010), and will be built in the same shipyard - Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd. - China.

Speed – about 15 knots

A team of NAVIBULGAR® specialists is already in the shipyard and together with representatives of Lloyd’s Register supervises the building of the ships.
